Requirements to Release an Impound

The registered owner of the vehicle must be present 

• The registered owner of the vehicle must provide a valid photo ID (if you do not have a drivers license you will need to bring a licensed driver with you)
• Current registration 
• Current insurance 

If this is an insurance claim: 

You will still need to provide the above listed items as well as a claim #. 

We will then need to verify with insurance.

You will then need to sign a release to insurance form at which time you will be allowed to get any personal items from the vehicle. 

If you are a tow truck operator picking up for another company you will need to show a pick-up order.
